We want to provide information to the public -- and our clients -- about typical fitness results. So we have begun to survey our clients, and track the results of our exercise and nutrition education program. (We'd like to thank those of you who provided us with this valuable feedback.)
Below is a snapshot of the effects of our program.
The average weight loss over a 16-week period was 16.4 pounds. This is pretty remarkable when you consider the following facts: most clients gained muscle, and that muscle weighs three times more than fat. Which means that most clients lost more than 16.4 pounds of body fat.
The improvements listed are not only a testament to exercise in general, but to the program here at LAPT specifically. These subjective improvements far exceed the industry standards. How do you fare?
